Love el camison beach, I run along the top path then back on the lower one. Or the beach, If i'm feeling mental.

Segway man that bought the rights lived not far from here, Got cocky and went over a cliffe into the river wharfe, I know the spot well, we went camping and fishing there, Inc the famous Willy Brogan, Ex miner he was (segway man) made a fortune making them baskets full of stones, Er er er, Bastions are they, Big factory in leeds, Jet fighter on the lawn and tanks and things, Gave tons to charity's nice bloke they say, just dead now,

Gabion baskets...shore up river banks, roads that are falling away etc...Used to win Eye-spy with that one, something beginning with GB?

No i didnt bother, If i get on a motor bike i just go flat out, I drive like my arse is on fire, (When i'm alone) so i had visions of me bezzin past the guy at the front layed horizontal trying for a world record atempt, i just cant help myself,

we went up chayofita on Friday (16th), not a bad walk and i managed it in flip flops!
bit hairy coming down though think we chose the steepest path back and the gravel kept sliding
