Evening Mince, we flew back with Thomas Cook, no wonder they are struggling. Cut yer costs down if you have financial problems but don't put punters off. The seats are really narrow and legroom is even less, I reckon. No where to put newspaper and the pull down tray is stupid. As all others now no entertainment and the service is crap.
Got to Gatwick and it was the furthest away I have ever known. Jan struggles to walk and it took her 45 mins to walk down. We won't book with them again, so make cuts, lose business.
