Agree about Ronaldo.
He has turned into a world class player,but he wasn't the world class player that he is now when he played in the EPL...also,Viera wasn't overly special,Keano used to have him in his pocket most games they came up against each other.
Regarding Rooney,I dont think they are including current EPL players.

From a stroppy step over one trick pony to the most complete footballer seen for many years, won games single handedly and did it when every home crowd in the country were after him for the Rooney sending off came back and proved all the critics wrong that he wouldn't be able to handle it.
Always stated his desire to leave didn't do it behind the clubs back like other have done, was a greatdeal for all involved.
