There's something not right about cricket and croquette being played beneath such an imposing structure. You'd nearly expect a horde of bloodthirsty warriors to charge out and behead those below. Feckin right as well playing such stupid games

Just had a flash back to my youth, Cant remember where we was but a gang of us came a cross a lawn with all the croquet things set out, " Hey up looky looky here, Had a 30 second game, Found it boring, so we brayed the hoops right into the ground and legged it

Me and Mermaid visited Bamburgh Castle once. Huge place. You can't tell from that photo but it's just a stones throw from the sea. Only takes a couple of hours to get to from Dunfermline.
