Argentinian Olympic advert.

Bit of a furore about this. The ad is shot in the Falklands/Malvinas and shows an Argentinian athlete training. The slogan at the end reads "for competition on English soil, train on Argentinian soil" (something like that). It was British owned ad company that made it!

Can't see what the problem is apart from the fact a British company made the ad. Its just a follow on from what the Argies have been saying anyway, isn't it??

I cant understand this descision...surely someone in the Argentinian olympic committee orgainsed this advert not the athlete.
He is being the fall guy me thinks.

The Argentine Olympic Committee have distanced themselves from the ad, saying there is no room for politics in sport...yeah, right...
