Right who are youse lot picking to win the tournament?
I have backed Spain in the last two tournaments but I don't fancy them this time.
I am doing two bets...first one:Germany to win competition outright 7/2...Holland to win competition outright 15/2
Score on each,so I'll get my money back either way.

Holland are a good choice, as an outside team I would go for Denmark.

Got to go for Spain. Don't think ireland will get out of the group unfortunately, but they did very well qualifying in the first place.

If Ireland can beat Croatia they are in with a big shout.
The way Spain play will suit Trap,he'll tell the boys just let them pass it,everybody in defense and lets see can we get a draw..the Swiss done something similar in the last World cup against them.

Germany or Holland depending if they 'turn up' in the required games because they can be beaten, silly to look beyond Spain though.

Engerlund, well quarters realistic or semi finals at very best.

Don't know about England blyth, they always seem to underachieve. Looks like Hodgson is going to have to choose between Terry and Ferdinand. I'd leave both of them at home and bring Cahill, Lescott, Jagielka and Dawson. Gerrard in midfield?? He hasn't been good at all since he came back from injury ( and over rated before anyway). Lampard is no spring chicken. It will probably be Milner and Barry in the centre. Up front, it will be Rooney either on his own or with A.N.Other. Hodgson will have the team very organised but lacking something "special"

Can't believe you think Gerard is over rated,Dermo.
    Top class he is.
Let him roam and England will do well.

Yeah, I know I'm in the minority about him but he's one dimensional. Will attack all the time but leaves gaps behind him AND does feck all tracking back. I also think his best days are behind him, he's been brutal since coming back this year.

No genuinely, I think attacking wise he was good but went missing defensively far too often. My best mate is a Liverpool fan and even he agrees with me.
