Finally my new blog up is running.
Upon until a few years ago I used to run a very successful Fanzine for my local football team for about 10 years ago, had a good group of mates (still have them !) as guest writers and all profits went back to the supporters club for allowing us to sell them inside the ground on match days.
Working in the print trade I would produce them at work and used child slave labour (daughters when they were younger) to help me collate & produce the final fanzine.
As years went on got more and more difficult finding the time as I changed employers & promotions came along meaning I had more responsibilities and lees free time and also as we progressed up the league the rules got stricter about selling certain 'political & critical' independent views inside the grounds.
It eventually came to an end with the hope to turn it into a website but time moved on and it never happened.
Recently I've read several blogs and been impressed by them, such as our very own Gypsy's.
I thought with my clubs long & proud history why give it a go as somewhere to record & detail it for posterity so here it is:

Initial reception from fellow Blyth fans has been great.
