    Intolerance Empty Intolerance

    Post by Topdog Mon 9 Jul 2012 - 22:35

Jan has had an intolerance test done and is intolerant to Milk and Yeast. This looked bad to begin with as she thought difficult to eat without these. We have even got a local Curry house that will cook her a sauce using soya milk. Now she has got used to Soya milk, Almond and Hemp milk she is doing great. The detox was quite severe but now she is seeing the benefits. ANYONE else got an intolerance?

Thanks, this could actually be part of 3D's problem, some kind of intolerance.

I have found over the years that certain foods can set me off, generally the higher the carbohydrate, the worse it is. Strangely, when I am on a very strict diet, I have more energy than normal. Cheese is another one. I used to eat loads of it but had to stop for the same reasons. Will have to look into this further Intolerance 294053457
