"Profile">"Preferences">"Hide Online Status".
This button allows us to "hide" our online status from other members by clicking "Yes" or "No".
Admin have no control over this button so it is purely up to the member concerned whether to activate it or not. Now, the problem I see with this is earlier on today there were 7 people online: 5 registered : 1 Guest and 1 Bot. 4 of these registered members were hidden. Any prospective guests looking in will see 1 registered member (me) and probably think "...not much happening on here"...
and scoot off somewhere else.
As I say, this is a right all Forum members have to "hide", but I think it would be better for the forum as a whole if we all "showed" ourselves.
