    Isn't this really just making a case for everyone to arm themselves "legally"? We all know where that leads, we've seen enough American news stories of loonies with guns. Daily Mail

    That has got to be a first, a judge who is showing a bit of common sense. Why should anyone not protect their property from these low-life's.
