    Police question a man and hold on suspicion of murder after he allegedly drove deliberately at pedestrians/. One woman is dead and 10 more are injured...Daily Telegraph

    Unbelievable. I heard this last night on the news and wonder if he is a mental patient out on parole/escaped because I cannot see how anyone normal (even suffering bad depression) could do such a thing.
