Greeks Unable To Get Medical Treatment

The following story brings to the fore just how bad things can get under the drive for austerity insisted upon by the German banks ( Shylocks, imo, who will get their pound of flesh no matter what, in this case literally). There is a clear and very real chance that Greece will descend into civil unrest and if so, I can't imagine the Balkan region staying peaceful. Also, they are in close proximity to Syria and the least thing could set of a regional conflict. I can't see Serbia, Croatia and Turkey getting EU membership any time soon as these countries would have a deluge of emigrants from Greece. Italy has already begun to debate in parliament, proposing to strengthen the conditions under which EU citizens can enter the country. Action needs to be taken sooner rather than later. Our hope is that Merkle et al will lose in their elections next year.

They should draw a line from the Adriatic up to the German/Polish border and make all the countrys East of that start up their own little EEC and get the feck out of ours. End of todays lesson.
