Re: Bank holiday
Yes Bank holiday for Constitution day on 6th and Immaculate Conception on 8th. All the large supermarkets will be closed, the spar type shops stay open no matter what. As the day in between is a Friday I would think Mercadona etc will be open as they would never be closed Thursday through Monday - people wouldn´t be able to survive

Think your informant is confused. It is however true that you pay extra on 111 even with bono card from airport but less than the taxis extra bit.

Re: Bank holiday
I found out the phone number, and rang the La Alpizma, and the lady confirmed the bonos are still available. 15 20 and 30 euros.
