My take on that would be the 2 of them were pissed after drinking in the airport, Then one of them had a bag that was too big, but she wasnt having any of it, the stewerdess got fed up telling her and was trying to deal with the other passengers, and she didnt like being ignored , So when she grabbed the stewerdess that was the end of it, Then she trotts out the feel sorry for me routine,
