Killarney, Ireland's premier tourist destination, may get "roofs" over some of it's streets. It is the 3rd wettest town in Europe. ( Feckin guaranteed that I live in the wettest!)

They could copy Vegas , Freemont street is completey covered with a huge L.E.D screen that shows videos etc , but it doesn,t rain there !
