It really upsets me when I hear people here knocking our health service , you hear folks moaning about having to wait so long to see a doctor etc but when you read articles like this it makes you appreciate what we have, O.K. it is far from perfect but it is a lot better than most countries offer their citizens, more so up here as we don,t even pay for prescriptions
