Situated next door to Nancy Spain's you could not get two more different restaurants.

Fu Xin is a very popular restaurant with tourists, particularly the ‘swallows’ who descend on Los Cristianos for several months each winter. It is opposite the Arona Gran Hotel, in the middle of a short parade of British bars and eateries. Whenever I have passed, it has always been full to bursting. I wondered what the attraction was as from the outside it is a typical Chinese restaurant with its brightly painted walls and tasselled paper lanterns.

I have tried this and not impressed, I prefer the one in Parque la Paz, that is the one to the East side of the strip of bars. Great meal including drink and Crispy Duck around 10 Euro. The chinese salad is fantastic.

I like two Chinese, the Slowboat 2 in San Telmo (the one that looks nothing like a chinese) and the Pekin Palace in San Eugenio it is the only place I will go for a buffet as the food is always fresh and not been standing around for hours
