    Photo driving licences are valid for 10 years and when being renewed the photo should be updated at the same time, however it seems 2,000,000 people have failed to do this...BBC News

    Sent mine off a bit ago because when you go on insulin for diabetes they only give you one for 3 years, Never asked me to update my mug shot, Dont really matter because i still look 25 £1,000 fine if you don't update your photo driving licence. 1483819851,
