Re: Welcome Rasputin.
Thanks for the welcome guys.Always liked the name rasputin, the mad monk, so thought I would use it on here.Me and the wife currently live in the west midlands and are looking forward to hopefully moving to Tenerife in 5 or 6 years time.Meanwhile my wife has a friend who lives on the island and she is currently keeping an eye open for a small property for us.Apparently there"s a bargain or two to be had at the minute. If we buy one this year we will probably use it as a holiday home for ourselves and the family, then hopefully as I say move there eventually when the time is right.I found the forum by simply surfing the net, looks a real interesting site with a few characters and hopefully I can contribute going forward. You will have to excuse my spelling but hopefully there will not be to many mistakes. As I said earlier thanks for the warm welcome.

Re: Welcome Rasputin.
Don't worry about spelling, no one on here condemns over any poor use of the English language, well some are Scottish so bad anyway Look in the banks at reposessions.

No I have been in the banks in Tenerife looking at some reposessions they have some good offers, but be careful they do not carry debts. We can advise on all that when needed.look here

Don't know if you've sussed it out yet Rasp, but the wee green triangle under the profile is a shortcut back to top of page. (Saves a load of scrolling).

Re: Welcome Rasputin.
Welcome from me too R,
I know the area quite well as I am on the edge of it. Don´t worry about bad spelling in English, if you are considering moving inland to this area you will have to start practising your Spanish. IMO it is a great part of the island you are close enough to the resorts for a bit of fun but right in the middle of the 'real' Tenerife.

Re: Welcome Rasputin.
We have an excellent bus service (she says never having been on a bus) but I am assured it is really good that takes you from Los Cris to Valle San Lorenzo 418 or you could get the 480 up to La Camella then walk the last 2km.
