Wondered if any one else has been watching this on BBC2. Build you own bike for scratch then try to go plus 200mph on the salts just up Dave's way of thinking. I keep have pictures of Vince in my mind hanging on to his sons when out for spin most where older than him so he has plenty of time yet.

Yes i have been watching it, also the film about Bruce and his Indian Motorcycle, Anthony Hopkins was great in it, Seems like it gets in your blood and you will do everything to achieve your goal, only trouble is you keep moving the goal posts, Ive spent days in the lake district camping out in the motor home watching the water speed trials, same sort of thing a load of nutters trying to go fast on water,

We have that DVD, 'The Worlds Fastest Indian' when he told me what it was I thought Boring!! But it was a fab film. Loved the way he made his safety equipment.
