Physio v Chiro. Empty Physio v Chiro.

    Post by Topdog Thu 15 Sep 2011 - 21:13

I put my neck out yesterday and it was agony to turn. Went to Physio, company pay for it, had massage, ultra sound and Acupuncture. It was a little better yesterday but woke up this morning and it was all in my shoulder. So to Chiro friend and crack back sorted little stiff but wow.
Anyone have any opinions on this.

    Q) What's the difference between a Chiro and a Physio ?

    A) About £25k per annum ! ! !

A Chiro every time for me - faster and more longer lasting relief.

I go to a sports injury clinic run by two dykes, They hate men i think, They knock 7 shades out of you, they squeal with delight when you scream out loud, I dont know if they are chiro's or physio, but a week later everything seems back to normal,

Physio's don't believe in cracking. As I am trained in massage and acupressure I can put necks and backs right and have cracked a couple of friends back in. I do slip the wifes pelvis back in sometimes as due to her injuries it slips out of line. So easy if you know how and instant relief. You do need to get to what caused the problem, which me is my knee where i did the ligaments the limping and awkward walking for the past few weeks have taken their toll. As my knee is repairing and getting back to exercise and walking better the pressure on other parts has caused tension and a trapped nerve. Job done.

Jeez, you guys seem to have loads of physical problems, are you trying to become perfect specimens by attending the gym? Or scrambling up and hiding on the roof? Take it EASY. Everytime I see a jogger go by I think, knee and hip replacement candidate.
