EUROPA and your BANK ACCOUNT

I am wanting to know if any other members have had problems with EUROPA NETWORK BILLING. I have noticed that my EUROPA BILLS , Have been duplicated over a period of 5 months. Now the company Europa want to play games and refuse to refund the money that they have taken. If anybody else has encountered the same problem please contact me , I am in the process of compiling a complaint to the Ministry Of Telecomunications in Madrid
