Got chance of a great bargain for Santa Ponsa, always fancied going there but not sure what weather will be like that early.

Re: Urgent question for Daryn
Its hitty missy TBH Ive been this early before and had lovely hot weather but Ive also had rain and high winds, my wife wont go off season any more as she loves the sun and there is no guarantee. Here is a live webcam of Palma which is one of the best live cams Ive ever seen you can pan around a look at the harbour [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Re: Urgent question for Daryn
No probs, we will be staying in Palma Nova/Magaluf area in end of September beginning of October again but having this years MF meet up in Santa Ponca, if anyone is out there at that time or wants to come over for the meet up then all is welcome, great to put a face to a name

Re: Urgent question for Daryn
When i was a bairn the local Conservative councilor was called May Sexton, they borrowed parents caravan
to use as an office, I remember them touring about in mothers Jaguar with a loudspeaker, "On the day vote for May" She must have said the wrong thing to mother because she decked her, ,Mother also hit the husband over the head with said speaker, Dad wasnt too impressed,

Re: Urgent question for Daryn
Looking at a 4 days break in Santa Ponsa, do the Soiler train always wanted of that so that'll be ticked off my 'to do list'.
If weather sh*t 4 days on the drink is do able
Had chance of week in Playa del Ingles, Gran Canaria which tempted us (hotel got rave reviews) or go back for a 3rd year to Los Boliches on Costs del Sol but end April start of May unsure if weather and unsure if we could do it for a 3rd year running.
Mind we talked ourselves out if it last night then changed minds on way to work this morning so no doubt by tonight my better half will have another plan in mind !.

Re: Urgent question for Daryn
Weather in May in Majorca will more than likely be good. I've got sunburnt there in December and January before, so it's one of those things, IF the sun is out, then it'll be hot enough to sunbathe.
We went last week of March/1st week of April 2 years ago and the beach was like this for all the week.

Re: Urgent question for Daryn
Ive only been to Santa Ponca twice just for a few hours but we have a member (DE) for that area on our site if you need to ask any questions, she owns an apartment out there and loves it, I still prefer Palma Nova but its only minutes away in a taxi from SP if you fancy a look around.
