Our new office is next door....................... oh mercy mercy me!!!!

I would expect a tearooms to be just a tea rooms, but you should see how busy this place gets!!! Sunday lunch especially!!!

The food is all homemade , its excellent and it really is very cheap.

My favourites so far are the Admiral pie, and the strawberry and apple crumble................. I do have to force myself to keep away!!!!!!!!!

The owners work really hard and they have definitely got a winning formula

Plus it's handy being next door to the Orange badge disabled shop! A lot of them pop in for a cuppa or a bite to eat.

It really is great being down that strip................ we are always in and out of each others and helping customers where we can. Everyone is so friendly, well apart from one, but I won't go into that (chuckle). If people want food we recommend, if people need mobility, we recommend, and vice versa.......................... saying that we have known Jeremy at OB for years, and also Ye Olde English Tea rooms are clients of ours anyway, then Karen and Stuart at the Orange Tree are quite new to the island but they are lovely too. weather

Used to know the former owner of Ye Olde English Tea Rooms, Martin and Maria, they went back to the UK and he ended up digging holes in the road - wonder how they are getting on. He looked scary shaved head with a big scar, but he was the softest, nicest bloke you could meet. One of the good guys.
