Well, am new to forum but so not new to Tenerife. Have been visiting for over 20 years, roughly about 4 trips a year for last 5 years. I almost moved to the island too!, had my one way ticket bought belongings gifted away and then my daughter asked me not to go. ....bless how could I leave her (even though she was grown up and living her own life and had been for 4 years at time!) but am a mother first and foremost and now grandmother too.
I'm regular visitor to both Los Cristianos and San Eugenio, having had an aunt who stayed in San Eug end, have made some very good friends in there area and am often seen helping out in their establishments when they busy!.
I travel sometimes myself and sometimes with family, I feel as comfortable in Tenerife as I do in my own bustling city of Edinburgh, so I guess trips to Tenerife are like home from home, full of tourist, lots of bars and restaurants........well ok we not got the weather or the beaches! The reef wins!
Well thats all for now, my next trip is next week
