Morning All
Thanks to all for your welcome greetings, very nice. Yes, I was truly knackered last night - and a couple of glasses of red wine, soon had me ready for bed.
I really don't know why I chose Pinkytrout, think I would have preferred Retired Office Flirt - much more appropriate.
Yes, Top Dog, I was enquiring about Cod & Chips - if you get the real McCoy, truly delicious, especially with mushy peas. My favourite meal though has to be Suckling Pig, especially if the crackling is crispy and if it is served on hot plates. Used to go to the Roast House for many years but on our last visit a couple of years ago, oh dear, plate not even warm and food not so hot so not up to the standard of previous years. Going back to Suckling Pig. First time I had this was in Peguera in Mallorca and it was truly WOW. It was served with a mixture of cabbage and mushrooms inside, sounds weird but it was truly memorable.
I am now wondering if I am in the correct section to rabbit on about food but I will soon be perusing the sections and hopefully will learn the ropes on here.
Thanks again
