An anniversary is fast approaching and I need to thank one if this communities most respected members, without her help kindness patience & trust none it it would have been possible.
Person I'm talking about is Gypsy.
My blog is approaching its 1st birthday and without her help I doubt I'd have reached it she as most know is the Queen of blogs (excuse the pun) and upon asking her advice & help when setting up she was only to willing to help me.
Here help and advice has helped build a blog for a little albeit rather famous Non League football club that will before the end of the month top 16,000 reads.
Phenomenal considering the that first month only 156 people read it, Gypsys advice on tagging categories and publishing it elsewhere soon helped it grow.
I've built up a network of contact around the country at various clubs who help and have a group of football non league historians helping me, so busy with it I've had to give up helping with the official matchday programme as I just don't have the time anymore all my spare time 'football time' goes on the blog now researching etc etc.
A very well respected Newcastle United website recently asked permission to link one of my blogs on a player and at the weekend Sunday Mirror Sports Writer Brian McNally recommended and linked my blog in one of his articles !!! .
I wanted to publicly thank Gypsy for everything she has done and owe her a massive debt of gratitude.
THANK YOU SO MUCH
