You dont have an EU passport, you have a British one. And if they dont want you in Tenerife because you are too poor you can live in Scotland, vote to be independent and join the Euro. Personally I think we should rebuild the wall.

yes but to go to tenerife you would require this lot
and NO HEALTH INSURANCE FOR OAPS
so you can come for 30 days in one year....

so how much do you think house prices will plummet in British areas,on top of the exisit bad market ... how is the HOME COUNTRY
(english and wales) going to cope with ANOTHER 500,000 ex-pats coming home to look for housing and health care ???

    Residence card (Tarjeta de Residencia)
Citizens of non-EU countries wishing to stay in Spain for more than three months must apply for a Residency Permit/Card (Tarjeta de Residencia) within 30 days of arriving in the country. The application must be made at the Foreigner's Office (Oficina de Extranjeros) or local police station in the province of intended residence.

The documentation required varies depending on the situation. Consult with the local Oficina de Extranjeros or police station to determine which documents are required.

The following documentation is required to apply for a Tarjeta de Residencia:

    Valid passport and photocopy
    Three passport-size colour photographs
Completed application form and three copies
    Proof of address in Spain
Receipt for payment of the administration fee, stamped by bank
The following documentation may also be required (certified translations may be requested):

Copy of a job contract or a certificate of employment (if applicable)
Self-employed individuals must produce evidence that they meet the same professional conditions required of Spanish nationals and that they have applied for authorisation to carry out their professional activity
Proof of academic and/or professional qualifications (if applicable)
Proof of financial resources for those not intending to work
Proof of school enrolment (for students only)
Proof that the applicant has no prior criminal record (Certificado de Antecedentes Penales); available from a home country Embassy or local police department in the former place of residence
    Medical certificate
Consular inscription (a letter from the home Consulate)
Proof that the applicant has medical insurance cover in Spain

says ´´european union´´ on TOP of mine and its the common European union color ...
its not so much me (i have backup paperwork in case of it happening) but its ALL english
people...30 days is your TOTAL IN EUROPE ..not just spain .... because of the free movemnet area your paperwork is STAMPED when you arrive within EUROPE (as was my ex on the belarus-
EU border and she has 30 DAYS in TOTAL without a visa to stay ANYWHERE ...so her travel via germany/france all came off the total ....

they were saying that northeast england might be tempted to leave the HOME COUNTRY as it would be a lot more in common with scotland and norway then with london...

also cars exported from england have a AUTOMATIC import duty of 60%
and the lowest for anyone after YEARS of negotiations is 11% ,and VAT is added to that at 21%... i can just see alex samon now offering NISSEN millions in to move up the motorway its only 100 km to the border, and ,to stay within the EU,operate at a lot lower tax base (he can use the scottish oil revenue to fill the coffers)
most of the work force would go as well .....

Any ex-pats coming home would be less than Europeans who are currently in UK and anyone legally working at the moment in Tenerife I'm sure would be able to fulfil their obligations as to the paper work involved. Most would already have 'Residentia' status anyway same as all the South Americans. As to the housing market I cant see it being any worse than it is now. Tenerife would still be a popular holiday resort which obviously requires workers whether they be Brits or others. India and China are set to be the next major car manufacturers, they already have a big foothold in the motorcycle industry. In fact my son has one. So the Japs have a DECLINING market. A little bird tells me the oils running out too, best we start fecking fracking... Nigel Farage - man of destiny 3025408739
By the way I dont agree with everything Nigel Farage says. I want one of those windmills in my back yard please.

those in tenerife who are from england would have NO RIGHT to be herein and would be treated as a person from Cambodia
'Residentia' status is only for one year at the time and nearly all those from Venezuela are SPANISH (EU) CITIZENS even if they have never been here.the south americans are going back,as the population of spain fell 350,000 in the last year . so with the current state of unemployment they would be happy to get those jobs back for the locals . as for the housing market ... i am currently buying HOUSES for €5000 ,and the market in the south is only for british people ,if they dont have the right to come to a house they own for more then 30 days ,why would they not ´´walk away´´ lloyds bank in spain went under coz most of their customers were british and did that ...Tenerife would indeed be a popular place to come ,and my russian girlfriend arrived next sunday to stay and she is one of the few without a suitcase full of euros or dollars ... cyprus was their in place now it will be las americas ... we are even doing the same internet tv box we are currently selling so it is only for russian tv !!
i agree about the motor industry and nissen have said they were sold the factory on the understanding that uk would join the euro.. it takes 6 months to move an entire car factory from one country to another, and i think that a lot of top british workers would go with them ... and as for the oil ... if you have a cake it take a lot longer for 6 million people to eat it them 75 ...at the end of the day the first minister of scotalnd will do what maggie did bribe everyone ...lower taxes etc and a lot about ´´our oil´´ can just see ´´JR´´ in dallas saying ´´lets go and buy that scotch oil´´

I dont care whether Im allowed to live in Tenerife or not. I only spend about 40 days a year there anyway. Im not Spanish and cant talk Spanish. I go there because I CAN. And all the foreigners are in England because they CAN whether Europeans or so called refugees/asylum seekers. I want the fuckers out, and this poxy government who havent got a clue what goes on in the real world. Someone told me today they have just voted themselves another 10k a year, dont know if its true I have been too busy to listen to the news. I have got an 18 year old and 21 year old still living at home and eating my food because they cannot get jobs. They just sit in front of a screen all day and all night just wasting away their lives. Thats what I care about. Not Tenerife, or the people who live there, or my property out there.

not being funny but it is the tenerife forum ???
and i quote from HM government
´´Just under a third of the people coming to the United Kingdom are from the EU, while 55% are from outside the EU. About 14% are British citizens returning home. The bulk of our net migration, therefore, is from outside the EU. The right to free movement offers substantial benefits to EU citizens, and these advantages are also enjoyed by a great number of British nationals. Around 1.4 million UK nationals have exercised their free movement rights to live in another EU country.
