Ross Brawn has much respect in the industry, cant see him doing anything naughty, but was he involved ?, also why ask the drivers to wear just plain black helmets ?, there wouldnt be a problem if they hadnt used this years car also, you can understand the other teams complaining but Mercedes are not in a winning position this year, If they ban Mercedes then they will pull out completely taking the engines from teams that use them too, its a right old mess, if the punishment is not seen as enough the other teams will make a fuss, Jon Todd is on the panel and Ferrari have him in their pocket,

Ooo, the others wont be happy, and when the others get caught doing something they shouldnt they will bring this up, At the end of the day they couldnt really come to another verdict,
