Made an interesting race, But Pirelli have made a complete tit of themselves, talk about the world stage, So all that testing by Mercedes came to nothing, not funny having a blow out at any speed never mind 180 mph, Glad Vettel got his bad luck and Webber did well,

Its gone way too technical for me. All about pit stop strategy and tyre degradation. There's feck all amazing driver manouvres anymore ( Vettel possibly excepted).

Think everyone may be a bit to quick to slag off Pirelli, if the tyres at fault why just the nearside ones, particularly the rear ??? If you watched the BBC coverage right to the end, one of the commentators went down to one of the corners of the track, the tyre tracks clearly showed the drivers were cutting the the corner so much that the inner wall of the nearside tyres were catching the sharp edge if the red and white concrete corner markers setting out the track... Conclusion, overpaid boy racers to blame, plus Pirelli do produce a very good calendar, so, so-what if a few of their tyres go pop...

Just opened LR's link, there's a clip of the commentator at the corner in question...
