A 78 year old Aberdeen man who had been restricted from a section of the River Don for poaching in 1968 has been jailed for 3 months for breaking the order. He said he wants the restriction lifted so he can walk a long the river with his family.

Its easier to uphold the law against an old man than to tackle some of the thugs that are around - they might fight back. Bureaucracy gone mad. 16779677

Terrible, at 78 3 months could be a life sentence. Nothing wrong with a bit of poaching as long as it is harmless.

Cops these days are nearly all nancy boys. They used to be such strong looked up to people.

"Excuse me sir, you been drinking", "yes officer, what about it", "okay then don't want you to dehydrate".
