    I pinched this from a fellow bloggers site this morning.  He is called Willie, he is Irish and lives on La Gomera.

    The song 'When I'm Gone' better known as 'The Cup Song' performed 'as Gaeilge' (in Irish) by 600 students of Colaiste Lurgan in Connemara, Ireland with lead singer Laoise Nolan. The song itself was  written and first recorded by the Carter Family in 1931 and became a hit for American actress Anna Kendrick in 2013.  Enjoy, I did

    That Colaiste Lurgan is an Irish college where students go for 3 weeks every summer to learn the language. The rules are "Speak one word of English and you are sent home". The students have appeared on tv over here with a couple of other covers. Not bad.
