One of my boats is on ebay. Obviously I respond to sensible questions about it.........Just had one from a bloke who wants to live aboard on Lake Malawi.....   
Now I had to look on Google Earth to see where that may be. Middle of African jungle. Nearest port seems to be Mtwara on the Indian Ocean, 400 miles away as the crow flies. Boat is 30 foot long and weighs 6 tons. I can just see that on a lorry going through the jungle......

Maybe he would like me to deliver it.......Bay of Biscay, round Spain into the Mediterranean, through the Suez Canal, Red Sea and Gulf of Aden then down the East African coast past Somalia........

I'd, play it safe, stick it on the truck...

Vince gets the ok to deliver, so, Dover lifeboat, Sussex lifeboat, in to Plymouth for refit, due to fire. Bay of Biscay, air sea rescue, new crew, apart from Vince (he hid). plenty of other incidents, then Suez Canal........................no beer...........and Vince's favourite friends......later Pirates board, feel sorry for him and leave some of their previous booty.

Far too old me for a circumnavigation but if I did I would take a faster bigger boat and miss out most of that route! The guy hasnt responded to my answer yet which was ?????? Lake Malawi? Buy a local boat!
