Irish Budget Announced

Another string of cuts and taxes e.g pensioners to lose their telephone allowance completely. Tax relief on health insurance to be cut ( our insurance will increase by 16% by my reckoning ). The minister of finance has, however, deemed it practical to keep hospitality vat rate at 9% ( good for tourists) and also encourages lap dancing. Oh well, at least some good will come out of it
