    Are these twats for real, punter comes in wanting a "massage", say he brings his own condom, what they gonna do, charge him for being in charge of a contraceptive device...

    If they want to stop prostitution going on in saunas, raid them every day, catch them with their trousers down so to speak, fine the owners, they will soon get pissed off,,, won't stop it, they'll just set up under another guise...
