So if he was to move to, say, Mercedes then would they win all the time? Or would Redbull be equal to them as they already have the specs on their car?

Was at an engineering lecture some time back, presentation was being given by Cosworth, the guy who turned up to present lecture was a young kid, we all looked at each other and thought what we in for here, fluffy dice and STP stickers, kid was brilliant, took us from the metal was dug out of the ground to why it exploded if a F1 race went on to long, answered every question flung at him with ease, we may know how to fix engines, this guy knew how to make them, probably the best lecture I ever attended, oh, it was nothing to do with racing, just the technology involved, vroom, vroom...
