    Just realised this evening that I always start at the bottom of the list of posts since my last visit and work my way up contributing as I go, how do you read it. Bits here and there, miss some out or start at the top?

    Sometimes i do handstands and start at the top, But everything is upside down so it dont make much sense which it never doe's anyway  How do you read the forum? 3275847336
