I see on another forum that this place isn't getting great reviews. Has anyone been? Whats it like? Actually, where is it???? We were in the one in Cancun and loved it. I would have thought all of them would be similar.

I've been in loads, as SIL collects their glasses, think they are all the same, as R says over hyped. Everything is half as good and twice the price of anywhere else.
