New Bathroom.

Pics as promised. Bear in mind it's only 6' x 6' so it's hard trying to get in and photograph at the same time!   

Large heated towel rail that also acts as a radiator...toilet is soft close lid with ultra quiet cistern refill...


Window surrounds were taken out and ceramic tiling replaced right up to window. Soft close cupboards and swivel tap on basin...


1.2m x 900mm low profile shower...


New ceiling with 4 x down lights. Pull cord switch replaced with outside wall switch...( I had to lie on the floor for this!   )

It is lovely, but where's the bath - I couldn´t manage with just a shower, I like to spend hours soaking in a bath. 

We decided to ditch the bath! It took about 1/2 hour to fill with the combi-boiler plus it gives us more room!  

Oh! Forgot the mirror! You just wave your hand near it and the light comes on with a heated front for demisting!

its one of those large up mirrors, Cam looks 5ft 2 now

Mermaid says she likes it...it makes her look better than the old magnifying mirror!

You know those carsies where the light comes on when you walk in, Well i very nearly did that in ours,
Trouble is in the middle of the night when you shuffle in using the brail method with your eyes shut,
can you imagine the light and fan coming on   , so i binned that idea

Sometimes after badminton I wake up thirsty through the night so feel my way to kitchen, then keep one eye open and one shut as I open the fridge for a cold drink so I can see to get back to bed...old Indian fridge trick...  

Wee tip Cam , make sure there is sealant between the W.H.B. and the vanity unit ,as water gets in and damages the unit, we have small bits of gloss paint flaking off , been done a few years though

Cam tip, get steps for the bog

Saw a ladder in the corner in the first photo  

The very last job they did was the sealing of all the joints etc.   

Any bare wood in the kitchen or bathroom is best treated with pva before fitted,
