Re: 2014 Brazil World Cup.
England wont go far if they continue with that game of pressing high up the pitch and hitting on the counter. They were knackered after 70 minutes. How many went down with cramp?? Italians made far better use of the ball in possession and didn't go chasing after every ball when they weren't. Not one of them got cramp. Gerrard was poor. Couldn't handle the heat imo.
All that being said, thought the new young fellas did well. Sterling was good as was Barkley when he came on.

Gerrard needs to get rid of that silly beard too. Millions watching on tele, smarten yourself up man! 4 points aint gonna be enough unless we thrash someone like the Dutch did so get your bleeding fingers out you fecking fairys.
One customer in the pub last night, me. Apparently there was a party somewhere? Jeez. I rang Patsy at half time and told her to come along, doubled the customers. I could see the landlord just wanted to go to bed.

Makes you think..........
FIFA Rankings;
Uruguay 7
Italy 9
England 10
Costa Rica 28
Spain are ranked 1 ahead of Germany and Brazil.

Re: 2014 Brazil World Cup.
There was a thick as shit Scotsman in our bar last night (bear in mind an ENGLISH bar), jumping on his chair cheering for Uruguay and telling England to F off, (in front of his son who was about 9 or 10 years old). He then started on he couldn´t wait to vote for independence. I couldn´t resist telling him I hoped he got it.
Next thing some of the local boys had a word with him and he left !!
Imagine being in a bar in Glasgow and cheering for Spain - what a dick

No it wasn´t Minty, but another nice Makem couple asked their taxi driver to take them somewhere different and ended up here all the way from Royal Garden Villas.

Re: 2014 Brazil World Cup.
Any place with Royal in the title is bound to attract the afflicted. They get Royal confused with Royle, hence they think its a suitable place for working class/layabout class Northerners.
Back to the football, those useless Italians who cant be bothered to chase a ball have let us down badly surprise surprise. I hope they now get beaten by Uruguay, and Costa Rica earn at least a point from the England game thereby winning the group. They deserve it.
