So many know now what we have really been up to. For quite a while I along with Stu my son have been sourcing products and working on making the very best in sausages. Sti already made the best burgers so we were a good part there. We have a lovely little locale in Adeje which providing paperwork is ok we can open next week.

I have already sampled and they are delicious. I have also heard on the grapevine that a Michelin star chef thinks they are good and is going to place a regular order.

I got some on Monday, ate them Tuesday morning whilst sobering up. Would have been magic with some mushrooms but hey-ho there you go. You can try out the chicken ones on Reg later, he is the chicken expert. How about some goat ones? You can call it lamb like the Indians........
