I have done the one from Cadiz. Dogs were allowed on but kept in cages right at the back, you could walk them around a certain area.

Click on the red "New Rules" bit C. All pets still need a rabies vaccination but only need to wait 21 days before travel.

We have been looking HT ready for next year, it seems that all the ferries have great exercise areas.
