The pictures are nice but I cant get on with the Welsh place names, an invading army would just give up.

Wind vane then. Spotted a wind farm one with blade missing. White transit parked there but no sign of missing bit, probably nicked by caravan dwellers........

Ally tender I would like so I can drag it about easy. Got two plastic ones about 9' long at the moment, heavier than you would think. Put a wheel on one at the back, helps but it's hard to keep it level. Back to the drawing board then. Used to have an Avon inflatable once, nicked it on ebay for £30, sold it for £400. Well, didnt want to leave that laying on the beach!Mcqueen wrote:Be alloy to be sure

You are supposed to say I wouldnt get on a boat with you.......
Anyway, if you still have the classic MG next year give it a run down to Skegness, I'll give you a trip round the lagoon and you can drive me down Skegness High Street, extra points for running down a dole scrounger.

To drive to Skegness in an old MG would be like driving to Monte Carlo in a day in something modern,
130 mile in a day is the record in the MG Blady hard work,

Ooooo, thought Lincs was next to Yorks. Stick it on trailer then, seem to remember something you said about one of them. I have an A Frame thing that I think is probably illegal now, goes on a tow bar and steers a following car. Last time I used it was for a transit van size vehicle behind my Merc estate, great til you try to go round a roundabout, rear end of Merc not following steering Its a laugh.

Google says its 112 miles. You can go via Grimsby or Doncaster, then on to Skegness. Errr, or stay at home.

Looked at them earlier today on the BBC site, nothing done it for me, so I get two votes next week...
