Recall at time of incident he met her in a night club, she goes back  to his hotel, next she's claiming rape but tells cops she can't remember anything,,, well if she can't  remember anything how does she know she wasn't up for it...

Guy has pleaded inocent all the way through the case, would probablly have got community service if he'd pleded guilty not a five year jail sentence (served two and a half)...

IMO it seems he has done the time for booking a hotel room.  How come if there was no doubt that McDonald was with the girl and no doubt Evans was with her, one got jail the other got off.  Seems someone wanted to make a point because he was 'famous'.  But who really knows.  I certainly don´t blame him for not apologising if he really believes he did nothing wrong.  If he did apologise that would be an admission of guilt.

I have voted yes but chances are he wont play for Sheffield, Leeds need some players, get a new Muslim name, Shagda or something. Simples.
