Bit of a dirty move was to "whip someone's wheel", to explain, when going round the corners you stuck out your left leg to balance yourself, in the process you put your foot under the front wheel of your opponent and whip it away causing them to nosedive in to the ground. One day my mates leading the race, as they go in to the corner guy from opposing team whips his wheel, normal thing to do is get straight back on bike and try and catch up and get your own back, but this day my mate just picks up his bike and stands in the middle of the track watching the other three riders continue the race, I say to member of our team I'm standing beside watching race "Ian's taking that well", then as the guy who whipped his wheel rides past him Ian throws his bike in his face, then as guy falls off Ian proceeds to knock the shit out of him,,, ah, that's a bit more like our Ian we think, thought he was going soft we did...
