Had a progress report from Freddies lawyer regarding his motorbike accident this morning. Turns out the driver wasnt driving his own car. Both his insurance company and the car owners insurance company are denying responsibility so its going to court now. Expected costs,,,,,, £20,000. 
Lawyer tells me the drivers policy should pay according to road traffic act. If you are with Aviva and your premiums gone up thats why. Tossers.
