Looe's nice but you're thinking of the Minack Theatre which is on the very tip of Cornwall. I think Polperro is also nicer than Looe with a beautiful wee harbour.

The photo is taken in HDR. (High Dynamic Ranging), it's 3 photos in reality, one underexposed, one normal and one overexposed then merged together...
