Was a kid of about ten, it was the thirty first of December, we were going to family in the country as we always did for new year,,, I get tonsillitis again, was plagued with it when I was a kid until they ripped them out, so doctors that afternoon it was and a doze of penicillin before being picked up by relatives to head off to the country for new year,,, back from docs, I can remember it was about six or seven at night, to this day I've never seen the moon so big, I can remember lying on my back on the pavement outside our house just looking at the moon, it was just above me taking up all the sky, it was just huge, you just felt you could reach out and touch it, it was a reddy yellowish colour, with blue and black bits, all so clear, as said I was about ten at the time but remember it to this day...
So am I a lunatic...
