    Our Stu came across really professionally yesterday when he was on English Time Radio - he told us what to look for when buying fish, then how to cook it.  I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the programme - hopefully you can pick up the link and listen to him,

    Do you just want when Stu is doing his monthly thing, or do you want each week.  There are some good discussions on there.  It was nice yesterday to hear from a Canarian about a romeria.
