This video was shot by two girls from London while canoeing on the river Shannon ( not too far away from me). It has had 3.7 million hits in 13 days.

EE, When i was a lad, They used to do that in Park Square in the centre of Leeds, Then they would all sit on the town hall over the road, Until the council put netting all over so they couldnt, Thousands of them, Always at dusk, In fact you dont see many starlings anymore Murmuration 1695130124

With a beak like that, it has to be related to a finch. Seed-eater innit.

House sparrows have been in decline for years now. We don't use those pantiles anymore they used to nest under and all the roof spaces are sealed tighter than a duck's bum now.

Jays are a member of the crow family. They make some racket! Lovely birds with the blue bars on their wings.
